Quotes are valid until the date shown. Work begins after acceptance and payment of the first invoice shown on the quote (a deposit where the quote says so).
Payments
Where a quote has a deposit, the balance is invoiced when work starts and is due before the website or deliverable is launched or handed over.
Revisions and changes
Included revisions are stated on each quote. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before work begins.
Status
These terms are a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before launch.
