How it works

A clear process from first message to ongoing support.

AI does a lot of the heavy lifting in our delivery. The process around it is designed so you always know what you're getting, what it costs and who is accountable.

The six stages

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Book a call or send a request. Rough ideas are welcome.

  2. 02

    Written scope

Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and price, in writing, before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build

Specialists design and build, with AI doing the heavy lifting under human supervision.

  4. 04

    Independent QA

A separate review step checks the deliverable against the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Your review

Review in your private portal. Included revisions are applied; new scope is priced first.

  6. 06

    Delivery & support

Launch, handover documentation and optional ongoing support.

The details

What to expect at each stage.

Scoping

We start with your goals, current tools and constraints. The output is a written scope: what's included, what isn't, and any assumptions. If something is ambiguous, we ask before we quote.

Quoting

Services with a standard scope are quoted from their published starting price. Everything else gets a written estimate after scoping. Every quote is in writing, and nothing starts until you accept it.

Independent QA

Every deliverable is reviewed by a QA step separate from the work that produced it, checking it against the agreed scope before it reaches you.

Revisions vs. change requests

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds for refining what was scoped. New requirements become a change request, priced and approved by you first.

Delivery

You receive the deliverable with handover notes, access and documentation as appropriate, and can track progress in the customer portal.

Support

After delivery we can maintain, monitor and improve what we built — on a monthly plan or as needed. You're never locked in.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the difference between a revision and a change request?

A revision refines what was scoped and is included up to the stated number of rounds. A change request adds something new; it is priced and approved by you before any work starts.

Do you use AI to do the work?

Yes — AI does much of the heavy lifting, supervised by people who own decisions, quality and communication. Every deliverable is checked by a separate QA step.

Why are some services priced only after a call?

We publish a starting price only for services with a standard, well-defined scope. Projects that vary more get a written estimate after a short call, so you never get a number we can't stand behind.
